Reduce duplicate entry and missed updates by connecting websites, inboxes, quoting tools and your CRM.
Common integrations
- Create and enrich leads automatically
- Update stages from real business events
- Assign owners and next actions
- Synchronise selected customer fields
- Trigger reminders and follow-up sequences
Protect data quality
Validation, matching and duplicate-handling rules keep automation from creating a different kind of admin problem.
Designed around your sales process
We map your actual process before deciding which events and fields should move.
Start with the record and its owner
Before connecting systems, we identify where the customer record should be maintained, which fields each application is allowed to update and who is responsible when records disagree. A website form, shared inbox and quoting tool may describe the same opportunity in different ways. We map those differences before deciding when to create a new contact, update an existing one or flag a possible duplicate for review.
Each integration needs a clear trigger and outcome. An enquiry might create a lead and a follow-up task; an accepted quote might change an opportunity stage; a failed update should raise an alert. The exact steps depend on your CRM, other software, permissions and the availability of suitable APIs.
Build for exceptions, not just the happy path
- Define matching rules and how duplicate or incomplete records are handled.
- Validate required fields before writing to the CRM.
- Agree which changes are automatic and which need approval.
- Record failed transfers and give someone responsibility for reviewing them.
- Test repeat submissions, changed records and loss of access to a connected system.
We agree the data flow and acceptance criteria before implementation. Handover covers the fields mapped, credentials and access ownership, monitoring, known limits and what to do when a connected system changes. Platform licences, third-party charges and ongoing maintenance are scoped separately where applicable.
Where CRM integration fits
If the starting point is a form or shared inbox, read about email and enquiry processing. For more complex multi-system work, our n8n workflow service describes discovery, build, testing and handover. The choice of tool follows the systems and support requirements.
CRM integration questions
Will this replace our CRM?
No. The work connects agreed systems and reduces repeated updates within your existing process. Any CRM migration would be a separate scope.
Can we keep a human check before records change?
Yes. Where risk or uncertainty warrants it, the design can create a task or approval step instead of updating the record automatically.
What if a connection fails?
We define how failures are logged and surfaced, who investigates them and whether a retry is appropriate. Those responsibilities are part of the handover and any agreed support arrangement.
